We are close to launching a new website and, as part of this continued business re-focus and growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced, results-driven Business Development Manager to be an integral part of our team and demonstrate the added value required for us to achieve our goals.

Role

This role requires an individual with a proven, strong track record of driving new business sales within the large format print sector, excellent communication and relationship-building skills and the drive and enthusiasm to succeed. There is the opportunity to develop this role further into a management capacity as the team continues to grow.

Responsibilities

Working in tandem with the Head of Marketing, you will proactively follow up warm sales data from ongoing targeted marketing activity and intelligence.

In addition to the utilisation of prescribed data, we require an individual to proactively hunt new business opportunities, using their own initiative and tactics to help drive short-term sales and longer-term partnerships.

Help develop and follow an agreed sales plan to meet or exceed targeted sales from new and existing client base. Set and attend client meetings and presentations, pulling on all internal resources for support as required to help initiate longer-term partnerships and also aid and convert shorter term wins. Attend regular sales review meetings with the broader management team.

Liaise with other internal resources, including Estimating, Account Management and Project Management teams, to ensure excellent service throughout the whole customer journey.

Essential skills & experience

  • Proven sales experience in excess of 5 years
  • Specific sales experience in the Large Format Print industry
  • Tenacity and drive with proven background of achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Ability to sell consultatively to a variety of clients across different sectors
  • Ability to open doors and identify new business opportunities through developing and nurturing relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken)
  • Confident presentation skills to senior stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent administration skills to update the company contact data matrix in an effective and timely manner
  • A team player who is also happy to work on own initiative and be both creative and proactive, feeding back customer intelligence to marketing
  • Flexible approach to working, excellent time management
  • Experience in managing and motivating teams

As part of this continued business re-focus and growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to be an integral part of our team and aid in the facilitation of successful projects through the business.

Role

This role requires an individual with experience of project managing both large and medium-sized print-based projects within the print industry. With a solid knowledge of print-related products and a natural aptitude for ensuring a slick project life-cycle, this role is paramount to the success of a growing business and diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

Working as part of the Account/Project Management Team, your role will work in tandem with our Sales and Business Development Managers and Production Teams in facilitating and ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects.

The client base varies from heavy-touch larger accounts to more light-touch less frequent customer types. We need a strong APM to be able to handle both requirements confidently and efficiently. In support of our heavy-touch customer requests we have internal creative resources to draw upon guided by a Creative Director. This heavy-touch work is less frequent but does require close and accurate project management when appointed.

Experience and confidence in owning client communication during a ‘live’ project is critical, with subsequent time management being paramount to successful outputs . Owning the scheduling and management of third parties and onsite visibility for project launches/installations is also crucial in delivering a great customer experience as a whole.

Essential skills & experience

  • Proven account/project management experience in excess of 5 years
  • Specific experience in the Large Format Print industry would be beneficial
  • Experience in the Print Industry is a must
  • A natural organiser, obsessed with detail, and tenacious about due diligence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal teams
  • Excellent and proactive communication skills with customers at various project touchpoints
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent administration skills to ensure project life-cycles are smooth and thorough
  • Able to be present on-site with suppliers and clients during a project delivery/install

Role

This role requires an individual with experience of Estimating for both large and medium sized print and signage based projects within the print/signage industry. With a solid understanding of temporary and permanent signage products, knowledge of their fabrication and assembly the Estimator will be able to help with Sales specifications and deliver accurate estimates forthwith. Working in tandem with Production, Sales and Project Management teams—producing timely estimates for other key large format print related products such as hoardings and everyday LFP items— this role is an integral aspect of our internal eco-system,  delivering a fluid customer journey as whole.

Responsibilities

The estimating function is the first responder for our Sales and Business Development Managers, helping to specify requirements in order to output competitive, accurate and timely pricing. As a growing team, the need to act fast is crucial in continuing to convert sales prospects into live jobs and robust revenue streams. Technical knowledge of signage will be crucial in helping to direct best practice and appropriate client response through our SBDM’s.

  • Proven estimating experience in excess of 5 years
  • Specific experience in the Large Format Print and or Signage industry
  • Technical knowledge of signage specification and assembly
  • A natural organiser, obsessed with detail, and tenacious about accuracy

Role

This role will help business growth by supporting the internal marketing function in delivering accurate and beautifully crafted comms. In addition to this, the creative will be the point person for our client facing projects with support from the Creative Director, Marketing Director and Account teams throughout the process if needed. We require someone who is comfortable in delivering solid 2D creative work for a variety of recognisable clients/brand and become a key player in devising and creating great looking marketing communications. The launch of a rebrand is also underway behind the scenes making this an exiting and varied role for an experienced, reliable and dynamic individual.

Responsibilities

Working in tandem with Account Teams and Marketing to deliver against the requirements set out. Become a real team player by adding value at the brainstorming and ideation stages of projects, delivering these indivdually with support from the Creative Director on larger bodies of work.

Essential skills & experience

  • Proven creative experience in excess of 5 years
  • Ability to own projects with support and guidance from broader teams
  • Specific experience in design for print (large canvas areas advantageous)
  • Additional experience in digital media such as After Effects and WordPress content ideal but not expected

Role

The role of Print Production Operative will be based in our large format print and production department, working on our  Vutek® printers and our Kongsberg® cutting table. The role will include both running of the machines and finishing to help facilitate the smooth running of day-to-day project outputs.

Essential skills & experience

  • Proven operative/machine experience in excess of 3-5 years
  • Finishing large format print products
  • Packaging of jobs
  • Reporting to the senior production operative for the day-to-day workload
  • Ensuring customers work goes out on time and correctly
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with other departments within the company
  • Keep the area clean and tidy at all times
  • Following all health and safety procedures
  • Exceptional eye for detail and quality control
