As a team we are fully committed to significantly reducing our impact on the environment by continually improving our technology innovation and focus on offering more eco-friendly working practices and recyclable graphics solutions to all our clients.
We are continually improving our technology innovation and focus on offering more eco-friendly working practices and graphic solutions to clients. The cost of producing environmentally friendly graphics has started to come down due to an increase in demand and we are now able to offer sustainable, recyclable, 100% pvc-free alternatives for a wide range of printable substrates, which are more readily available to source from our trusted suppliers.
Studio One is ISO 14001 accredited, demonstrating our responsibility to manage environmental performance in a systematic manner that contributes to the environmental pillar of sustainability.
Through the introduction of EFI and Metrix impositioning software we ensure that we can maximise the efficiency of our material usage and production processes, getting the best yield from our materials and thereby reducing energy and waste.
We feel it important to offer our clients a range of alternative eco-friendly and 100% pvc-free substrates that are green star-rated based on the raw materials used and their recyclability at end-of-life. We have primarily specified acm board for our hoarding solutions, which has a fully recyclable core with liquid lamination and have moved to using recyclable plastic eyelets as part of our finishing process. We can now offer alternative substrates such as polypropylene which is 100% recyclable and pvc-free.
All waste in Studio One’s production facility is separated for recycling and responsibly disposed of, including metals. We offer our clients an aftercare service with upgrades, repairs and the removal of old flags and banners from site, recycling all metal poles.
