Right from the start of phase one during groundworks, the site perimeter at Bengeo was concealed and protected by branded heras banners and a dream lifestyle at The Stiles was presented with high-quality, stylish hoarding graphics, suitably reflecting the premium brand of Durkan Homes and ensuring site compliance with The Considerate Constructor’s Scheme.
Selling the dream
In preparation for the show home launch and potential customers visiting the site, Studio One was also commissioned to produce and install all the site marketing and wayfinding signage, promotional flags and marketing suite branding graphics.
