Studio One has worked with leading global commercial real estate services company JLL, and their partner agents, since 2018, providing a range of branded signage solutions across different sites, aimed at maximising opportunities to let new and refurbished industrial units as quickly as possibly when they come to market.
We were recently commissioned by JLL to assist with the signage requirements to aid the letting of the newly refurbished units 5-6 on Redbourne Park on Northampton’s largest Industrial Estate, Brackmills.
The first element to this project was to design and create a new brand for Redbourne Park itself. Once this was approved, we rolled the new brand out across a mixture of marketing “To Let” signage to help generate interest throughout the estate.
A combination of flex face building signage, combined with printed stack signs provided the necessary impact. Once successfully let the signage was replaced with wayfinding signage to help direct traffic to the relevant units.
