At Highcross Leicester, we were appointed to design, produce and install a series of large-format window vinyls across multiple vacant and active retail units within the centre. The aim was simple: to improve the visual presentation of empty shopfronts, support ongoing leasing activity, and help create a more engaging and positive experience for visitors.
Working in close collaboration with the Highcross marketing team, we developed a series of creative treatments in line with their brand guidelines — using a mix of lifestyle imagery, bold graphic patterns, and retail messaging to animate the spaces and reflect the energy of the centre. Given the scale of the project — and the need to minimise disruption within a busy, live shopping environment — installation was carefully planned over both daytime and overnight shifts. This flexible approach allowed the project to be delivered efficiently, with minimal impact on retailers and customers. High-quality materials were specified to ensure durability, a premium finish, and easy removal when units are re-let. The result is a cohesive, site-wide vinyl scheme that enhances the visual impact of the centre while supporting the ongoing placemaking strategy for Highcross.
