A collaboration with the West Northants Council on the production and installation of 405 meters of printed 3mm ACM hoarding panels, complete with an anti-graffiti laminate, at the prominent Four Waterways site in Northampton town centre.
Quality assurance as standard
Studio One conducted a thorough review of the previous hoarding panels in collaboration with the Council team, identifying issues with the graphics installed by a previous supplier. The use of printed vinyl and film-based laminates had allowed water ingress, particularly at the panel edges, leading to peeling and deterioration. By printing directly onto the ACM panels and applying liquid lamination, we effectively eliminated this risk, ensuring long-lasting durability. In fact, the graphics have remained intact for 18 months, maintaining their quality and visual impact. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we also took the initiative to remove and recycle the old graphics on behalf of the Council, preventing unnecessary landfill waste.
