Promotional hoarding advertising the exciting new development of 83 homes in Peckham for Southwark Council, London.
For new residents, the 83 new homes for council rent have been designed to have excellent space and private amenity standards. For existing residents and the wider community, the purpose-built community centre is more outward-looking and accessible with south-facing outdoor spaces for year-round activity. The comprehensive landscape strategy sees all the external spaces across the estate significantly improved. A new Multi-Use Games Area and adjacent games area, as well as a new formal playground for younger children provides facilities for a greater diversity of users of all ages – Weston Williamson
Studio One provided the artworking, production and installation services to Durkan and Southwark Council. The hoarding visually amplified the many benefits of the development to the community; helping them visualise how the completed project will look—once completed—through the use of CGI architectural renders. In total, 450m of printed 3mm ACM panels where used with anti-graffiti laminate to help protect the hoarding in a busy urbanised environment.
