For new residents, the 83 new homes for council rent have been designed to have excellent space and private amenity standards. For existing residents and the wider community, the purpose-built community centre is more outward-looking and accessible with south-facing outdoor spaces for year-round activity. The comprehensive landscape strategy sees all the external spaces across the estate significantly improved. A seamless integrated service
Studio One provided the artworking, production and installation services to Durkan and Southwark Council.The hoarding visually amplified the many benefits of the development to the community; helping them visualise how the completed project will look—once completed—through the use of CGI architectural renders. In total, 450m of printed 3mm ACM panels where used with anti-graffiti laminate to help protect the hoarding in a busy urbanised environment.
