The Crown Estate recently commissioned us to install photography-based window graphics to promote vacant units and look more aesthetically appealing.
Dialling up regional appeal
We were asked by The Crown Estate to produce a mid-to-long-term creative solution for vacant units over a number of retail parks; 2 units at Silverlink Shopping Park in Newcastle, 3 units at Victoria Retail Park in Nottingham and 1 unit at Coliseum Shopping Park in Liverpool. The creative needed to be future-proof and not acutely sensitive to current seasonal themes. Dialling up regional appeal, our designs celebrated iconic landmarks, promoting natural vistas and embracing local wildlife.
Our approach
Old vinyls were stripped and removed from the units and new printed vinyls were fitted to the exterior of the windows for maximum vibrancy. We printed on Mactac removable vinyl which can easily be stripped when the time comes to remove them. A protective gloss laminate was also applied to protect the print and enhance the finish further.
